How A Juice Cleanse Works
Adding juice to your diet is a way of boosting nutrition and getting back to healthy basics. Cleansing is about taking the clean eating approach a step further, giving your system a break and helping reduce your dependence on unhealthy, processed foods. Grass & Root's cleanse is based on providing you nutrients from an assortment of fruits, vegetables, roots and grasses. 

A partial cleanse includes 4 juices per day and is meant to be paired with healthy snacks or meals each day. Meal suggestions are plant-based and free of dairy, gluten and refined sugar. 

Each healthy, cold-pressed juice is made via our hydraulic press, bottled immediately, and delivered straight to you. Most people find it works best to drink their juices two hours apart, but listen to your body – it will tell you what it needs. Each juice is created to replace solid food and snacks, and you should avoid alcohol/sugary drinks and nicotine while cleansing. Be sure to stay hydrated, and give yourself time to rest and relax, our cleanse will give your digestive system a much deserved break while simultaneously feeding your body the nutrients it needs. Grass & Root juice is raw and never processed.
