Each healthy, cold-pressed juice is made via our hydraulic press, bottled immediately, and delivered straight to you. Grass & Root juice is raw and never processed.  Most people find it works best to drink their juices two hours apart, but listen to your body – it will tell you what it needs. Each juice is created to replace solid food and snacks. To get the most of your cleanse you should avoid alcohol/sugary drinks, gluten, soy, refined sugar and nicotine while cleansing. A partial cleanse is great for beginners or for those that are concerned about not eating. A partial cleanse includes 4 juices per day and is meant to be paired with a healthy meal each day (meal suggestions are plant-based and dairy, gluten, soy free). 

We originally designed the partial cleanse for athletes that did not want to give up their workout routine. Since then, we have found so many other reasons for a partial cleanse. My favorite part of this cleanse is that you can keep up your lifestyle while still cleansing.
